About Me
Hi, I’m Carrie, the founder of CAH Healthcare Support, a DBA of CAH Endeavors LLC.
For the past 13 years, I have worked in the medical field, including six years of medical assisting and administrative experience. Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand just how important organization, communication, and dependable administrative support are to the daily operation of a medical practice.
Education has also been an important part of my professional journey. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. Combining my education with hands-on healthcare experience allows me to understand both the importance of a positive patient experience and the administrative work happening behind the scenes that helps make that possible.
I have called St. Augustine home for more than 30 years and am proud to be part of this community. On a personal level, I am also a single mom to a son attending Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Being a mother while building my career and continuing my education has strengthened many of the qualities I bring to my work every day: organization, responsibility, perseverance, adaptability, and attention to detail.
I created CAH Healthcare Support to use my experience to help medical practices stay organized, communicate effectively with their patients, and manage the administrative responsibilities that can take valuable time away from patient care.
I understand that every practice operates differently. My goal is to provide reliable, professional, and flexible administrative support that fits the individual needs and workflow of each practice I serve.
Whether it’s patient communications, scheduling, documentation, EHR/EMR administrative support, insurance and referral assistance, or other day-to-day administrative responsibilities, I want providers and their teams to have someone they can depend on behind the scenes.
Organized. Dependable. Patient-Focused.
My goal is simple: help practices stay organized and responsive so providers and their teams have more time to focus on their patients.
